Oh, my aching legs.
man... don't know why the lactic acid accumulated in my legs from the run the other day started to "activate" themselves today. climbing down the stairs is a challenge now... haven't had this feeling for the longest time...

got in touch with C today. woohoo! happy she's back. and happy that we'll be going for the encounter weekend. =) so looking forward to it!!
