Hazy Dayz...
hey... check out the contrast...
if i'm not wrong, 7th oct is the day in 2006 where the haze is at its worst. psi of 150.
i remember last last week at touchkidz where pastor yew lin asked us all to pray for the haze to lift as it really is causing health problems among a lot of people, especially children. and as we prayed she spoke that at the same time that we prayed for the haze that's covering the eyes of our pre-believing friends to lift.
now, as i look at this picture, i can see how difficult it is to see clearly at who really God is with the distracting haze that covers our eyes...
had a religious discussion with one of my uncles today. thank God we didn't end up in any major arguments. and i can see how distracted with the state the world is in now. well, it's not wrong and i don't blame him coz i was once in his shoes. but we must press on, in living a life of truth and speaking truth and only pray that by the grace of God that the haze in their lives would be lifted.
haze can also clutter the lives of christians. we get distracted, we think to ourselves we'd rather live a cushy life and we fail to see the goodness and love of God.
how God is good in my life i can hardly use words to explain. i can only say, taste it and you'll know.
